4. Check whether the main switch, voltage transfer switch, temperature control instrument and over temperature alarm instrument of electric heater control cabinet are normal in the power distribution room.

5. The electrical control cabinet should avoid ash deposition, and should be blown with compressed air frequently to ensure good electrical contact.

6. Check whether the instrument parameters in the oil heater control cabinet are set according to the process parameters.

7. Users should customize detailed operation procedures and regular maintenance system, and operators should be very familiar with and master the operation essentials of the equipment.

8. The temperature measuring instrument of electric heating heat conduction oil furnace should be checked regularly and measured regularly to prevent incorrect temperature and misoperation caused by the increase of thermal resistance of temperature measuring node.

9. When it is found that the oil temperature is difficult to rise during the operation of the electric heating heat conduction oil furnace, it is necessary to check immediately whether the pipeline is unblocked, whether the valve is wrong, and whether the filter is blocked. It can only be used after it is eliminated, and the filter should be removed and cleaned regularly.

10. Frequently check the electric heating pipe contact, fuse, instrument, electric contact pressure gauge and relay.
